What XCEL Expects from Subs
Current contractor’s license and insurance (COI required before mobilization)
OSHA compliance — all workers must be OSHA 10 or 30 certified
Responsive communication — we run tight schedules and need reliable partners
Accurate, itemized bids submitted by the agreed deadline
Clean safety record — we take job site safety seriously on every project
Ability to work in occupied buildings and institutional settings
